Its solid Canaletto-walnut frame is upholstered in stain-resistant taupe velvet, treated to withstand champagne spills, Arabic coffee and the region’s desert dust. A continuous polished-gold brass trim outlines the armrests, seat and backrest, bringing jewellery-like radiance to its mid-century geometry.
