SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of purchased items will be agreed upon individually, both in terms of timing and costs, with the option of collection at our showroom in Racconigi, thereby avoiding additional shipping costs.

Delivery will be handled by an external shipping company, and agreed delivery times may not always be strictly observed, as the goods will be shipped using a groupage service to optimize transportation costs.

The delivery is door-to-door, with the optional in-home unloading of the goods available at an additional cost, which must be agreed upon separately.

Shipping will be organized only after full payment has been received for the selected product. Until full payment is made, the item remains the property of FUTURE ART DESIGN S.R.L.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The company complies with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 concerning distance selling.
Full payment will only be requested after the customer has reviewed the product via email and given approval for the purchase. Therefore, any right of withdrawal beyond the scope of Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 is not accepted.

The only available alternative is the issuance of a voucher of equal value, valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, redeemable exclusively with our company.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The voucher will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, ensuring they are undamaged.

The company is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of returned items shipped without insurance.

Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

  • The item was custom-made or clearly personalized;

  • The condition or quality has been compromised by the customer (e.g., stained, damaged, or altered items).

Returns for Reasons Other Than Right of Withdrawal

Should both parties agree to a return for reasons other than the right of withdrawal, any refund due will be processed within 10 days from the seller’s receipt of the returned goods.

A mandatory condition for reimbursement is that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of use, wear, damage, or defects not attributable to the seller.

In case of damage or defects due to customer negligence or accidental events during the time the item was in the customer's possession, the refund will be reduced accordingly.
