TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract

Our online products do not constitute a binding offer but are simply a catalog of the items we have for sale.
To provide greater assurance to the customer, we offer an assistance service via email at info@arteforma.net, where you can request more information about the products and materials.

This service also includes the possibility of receiving additional photos and fabric samples used in our products, without any obligation. The listed prices are to be considered as final prices, except for any promotions or discounts offered by the company.

For those who decide to purchase an item, it is necessary to follow these steps:
a) Carry out an economic evaluation of the item. Once this has been done, a non-binding direct contact between you and Arteforma is possible, during which, if a financial agreement is reached, the buyer may use the agreed payment and delivery methods.
b) After filling out the form that appears when selecting the button, you confirm your intention to purchase the individual product. You will receive an order confirmation email requesting additional details regarding the successful completion of the purchase (such as delivery method, specific handling instructions, etc.). Once these steps are completed and payment is confirmed, Future Art Design will proceed with the agreed delivery arrangements.

To further protect the customer who completes the purchase, we offer the option of collecting the item directly from our showroom in Racconigi.

Any changes made to the contract after the deposit has been paid will reset the delivery terms.
